Members of Lexington Community Land Trust support the creation of permanently affordable homeownership opportunities for low income buyers. Lexington CLT is a 501(c)3 nonprofit affordable housing organization. Members of the organization:
- Elect the Board of Directors at our Annual Membership Meeting
- Serve on Sub-Committees or run to be on the Board of Directors
- Financially support the organization via annual dues
- Champion the CLT model and permanent affordability.
